About Our Dyeologists

Dyeology is a joint venture of two fiber loving women. The colorific joy of spinning, dyeing, knitting, and playing with fiber has turned from a part-time hobby into a full-time one.

The well known process needs little explanation. The dyeing takes place in the woods near Delaware, Ohio. The color of the Ohio countryside inspire our creative process and guide the creation of our fibers color.
Dyeology fibers come from multiple sources, including ; commercial, fiber festivals, and mostly from local animals raised by small Ohio farmers.
